THE COAST & COUNTRY COLLECTION. Unbeatable all-round choice.

Choosing your holiday accommodation from the Coast & Country Collection comes with very important reassurances of quality, comfort and high standards – because whatever your choice, FBM Holidays have already gone to great pains to ensure it meets your needs and expectations in every respect.  

• Specially selected. To qualify for inclusion in the Coast & Country Collec tion, every property goes through an initial FBM Holidays 6-stage selection process and is reviewed   annually: 

(1) inspection
(2) advising the owner of any improvements (such as furniture, furnishings, appliances, utensils, decoration, attention to detail and so on) required to bring the property up to FBM Holidays Coast & Country Collection standard
(3) carrying out these recommendations accordingly
(4) reinspecting and photographing the property,     
(5) joint approval and grading of the property by the FBM Holidays selection team and adding it to the Coast & Country Collection for the coming season.   
(6) Thereafter the property is monitored according to customer feedback and inspected every year to ensure that it continues to qualify for inclusion in the FBM Holidays Coast & Country Collection. 

• Graded for quality. In addition to being specially selected, all Coast & Country Collection holiday properties are graded in accordance with the new VisitWales gradings scheme   introduced from 1st October 2007 and consistent with that which applies to holiday accommodation in England and Scotland. Each grading is awarded following an independent inspection and assessment of the property. The 2008 Coast & Country Collection includes properties which are either new to the FBM Holidays portfolio or have been recently improved and upgraded. Consequently, some of these properties may be awaiting inspection and grading by Visit Wales, so where this applies an FBM Holidays grading is shown instead. FBM gradings are based on our long experience and give a fair and honest assessment of what we believe the official Visit Wales grading will be.

• Whatever you want...apartment, studio apartment, traditional or modern character cottage, detached or semi-detached house or bungalow, terraced or split-level house, garden   flat, holiday flat, farmhouse, barn or stable conversion, pine lodge, chalet. • Choosing a property that has everything you’re looking for. If you want to bring a pet on holiday, or need a property that has features such as a cot, washing machine or facilities for the disabled, look for the appropriate symbols included where relevant in the individual property details.
